Anouar HARRAK holds an engineering degree in civil engineering from the Hassania School of Public Works (EHTP). He began his career at ODEP in 1997, where he successively held the positions of Senior Executive, Head of Port Development, Head of Infrastructure Division, and Head of Operations Division at the Port of Essaouira.

In 2006, he took on the role of Head of Operations Division at the Port of Essaouira and was subsequently appointed Director of the Port of Safi in 2008 and Regional Director of the South Atlantic and Director of the Port of Agadir in 2011.

In 2017, Anouar HARRAK was appointed Regional Director of the Port of Casablanca, where he led the most significant infrastructure and institutional reform projects the port has seen in recent years.

In 2023, Mr. HARRAK was certified as a Corporate Director by the Moroccan Institute of Directors.
