Principal Banker – Sustainable Infrastructure
at EBRD
Houda is a an experienced banker with 13+ years of experience in the financial sector and
more particularly in development banking and rating industry. She’s a Principal Banker
within the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “EBRD”) since 2015
covering Sustainable Infrastructure in Morocco, more particularly Municipal infrastructure
and Transport. Houda had the opportunity to work in Turkey covering municipal
infrastructure transactions, she worked on the Turkish hospital PPP programme as well as
municipal lending transactions including PPPs.
Prior to the EBRD, Houda worked at Standard & Poor’s in the Corporate Ratings team in
Paris with an EMEA coverage. She started in the European Leveraged Finance team covering
Infrastructure and managed a portfolio of EMEA corporate ratings.
Houda holds a master degree from a French business school (Ecole de Commerce de
Grenoble) and a Master of Science in Finance from GGSB in the London campus.
