Dr. Stefan Liebing is the owner and CEO of Conjuncta GmbH, an investment and project development firm that focuses on infrastructure and energy investments. Before his current role, Stefan Liebing held management roles at EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG and Royal Dutch Shell. He is a shareholder and board member in several energy companies.

Since October 2023, Stefan Liebing is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of ReThinking Africa Foundation GmbH. From 2012 to April 2023, he was the Chairman of Afrika-Verein der deutschen Wirtschaft e.V., the German-African Business Association. He also is a Past Chairman of the European Business Council on Africa and the Mediterranean (EBCAM).

Since 2018, Mr. Liebing is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Cameroon with responsibility for northern Germany. Furthermore, Mr Liebing is the Vice Chairman of the Center for Business and Technology in Africa e.V. at Flensburg University and has been appointed honorary Professor there.
