BIOGRAPHY

Osward is a Manager responsible for water security and sanitation at the Africa Development Bank, where he is responsible for manage water and sanitation lending program a portfolio of over three and half billion dollars across the continent. He is a water and sanitation development expert with over twenty-five years’ experience in institutional reforms including PPP, financing infrastructure development. An accomplished water services regulator. A global player in the water sector, as fellow of the International Water Association, he served on the World Water Council governing board, advocating for sustainable solutions to Africa’s water challenges.

Osward has served on several boards, providing policy advice and strategy thinking to various development agencies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Zambia and a Master’s degree from the University of Melbourne in Australia
