at National PPP Steering Committee, CNP-PPP, Ivory Coast

Moussa Kouyaté is the current President of the National Steering Committee for Public-Private Partnerships (CNP-PPP), a structure attached to the Prime Minister whose mission is to promote the development of PPPs in Côte d'Ivoire and to support contracting authorities in the implementation of their PPP projects. 

Holder of a Master's degree in Project Finance and Structured Finance, obtained in 2004 at the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ENPC), Paris, France, Mr. KOUYATE led a career as a financial engineer for nearly 15 years with a accumulated expertise in the structuring and negotiation of complex financing and PPPs, before joining Ivory Coast in 2014. 

Since 2014, Mr. KOUYATE has distinguished himself by his strong involvement in actively participating in the implementation of major PPP projects, notably Universal Health Coverage (CMU), the construction of the University of San-Pedro, the construction of the African Renaissance Library (BRAA), before taking the reins of the CNP-PPP in September 2021. Since then, he has worked to consolidate the achievements and meet the new challenges of the institution.
