Lindokuhle Hlatshwayo is currently Senior Project Advisor: Business Development, Tourism and ICT , GTAC , Transaction Advisory Services and PPP s . He’s been advising on PPPs for the past 1 4 years with all spheres of Government and s ome Public Entities. He has advised on a number of PPP projects and addressed a number of conferences around the country and internationally.
He holds an Honours Degree in Economics from the University of the Western Cape. He worked as an Analyst for IQ Business Group and Utho Capital (Pty) Ltd. He then joined Mpumalanga Provincial Treasury as Deputy Director: PPP before Joining National Treasury PPP Unit in 2008.
