Mr Kisingi Mhando is currently working with Kinondoni Municipal Council as an Economist and Municipal Investment Focal Person, currently tasked to head the Municipal Team undertaking the re-development of Msasani Fish Market PPP. This is one of the pilot municipal PPPs, successful achievement of which will set the trend for other projects to follow the same path procurement and implementation method. Mr. Mhando holds the APMG PPP Foundation Certificate (CP3P Foundation)
