Kagiso is the Network Operations Executive at SqwidNet, He is responsible for overseeing network readiness, day-to-day operations, maintenance and availability.
Kagiso has more than 10 years’ experience in the ICT environment, having held senior roles in Solution Architecture, Technical Product Development, Business/System Analysis and System Development, System Engineering and System Administration, Data Centre Standards and Technologies as well as Infrastructure Design, Planning, Engineering and Operations.
Prior to joining SqwidNet he was Head of Strategy, Architecture and Innovation for the largest ISP in the country. He was the technical lead for the ISP repositioning initiative, which optimised the people, process and technology aspects of the ISP to enable Telkom to best provide an internet service as well as Value Added Services that will drive the demand for broadband. He was also responsible for Network Operations for Telkom’s Fixed and Mobile Internet Service.
The combination of his extensive experience in the ICT industry, his drive for excellence and passion for superior customer experience is what drives him to ensure that our network is always meeting our customers’ need by enabling their journey to success and being there in the moments that matter.
