CPA Judith A.M. Nyakawa is the Senior Deputy Director/ PPP Unit. A PFM expert, Judith is an alumnus of the University of Nairobi, Daystar and USIU-Africa. Prior to joining the Unit, Judith worked previously as an auditor( independent and internal audit) and has managed the Finance function in various ministries in Government. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya and represents the CS/ National Treasury and Planning in various boards.
