JEAN NOEL EKOMAN

Jean-Noël EKOMAN EKOMAN is a Civil Engineer with a Master in Project Analysis and Evaluation.
After spending closely 1.5 years in the Chad-Cameroon pipeline construction site, Jean-Noël EKOMAN, worked for ten years as a Senior Engineer at the Road Fund. He was one of the pioneers in the establishment of this sustainable mechanism for funding road maintenance. He has always participated in the elaboration of the annual programs of road maintenance of the Ministry in charge of the roads.

For nearly seven years, Jean-Noël EKOMAN has been the Technical Expert at Expert PPP Body in Cameroon. He is actively involved in the assessment, arrangement / structuring, selection of the private partner, negotiations of contracts and monitoring of the execution of PPP contracts, in various sectors as housing, transports, water and sanitation, urban equipment. He assists the Government of Cameroon in identifying projects with high PPP potential.
