Flora Tenga, PPP Director, Ministry of Finance, Tanzania Ms. Flora Tenga is a PPP Expert currently working with Ministry of Finance and Planning – PPP Unit. Ms Flora has a wide knowledge and experience in PPP project development, appraising PPP proposals and Contracts. She also has considerable experience in advising commercial banks, financial institutions, public and private companies on various aspects of corporate and regulatory requirements. She is a qualified Advocate, a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society and holds a Master’s Degree in Laws from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
