Northern Regional Electricity Distributor (Pty) Ltd (NORED) Chief Executive Officer, Mr Fillemon Ndina Nakashole was born at Oshigambo and matriculated at Oshigambo High School, Oshikoto Region, Namibia.
He thereafter obtained the following qualifications: Master of Business Leadership (MBL) – University of South Africa, Bachelor of Law (LLB) – University of South Africa, B Tech: Electrical Engineering – University of Johannesburg, National Diploma: Electrical Engineering – Tshwane University of Technology and Post Graduate Certificate: Public Sector Governance –University of South Africa
He has also completed a Business Leadership program (PBL) from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and a Global Executive Development Program (GEDP) from Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) – University of Pretoria
In terms of profession, Nakashole has served in the electricity industry for over two decades, having served at various positions and grew in ranks at Namibia Power Corporation (Pty) Ltd. He is the founding Chief Executive Officer of Oshakati Premier Electric (Pty) Ltd (OPE) and served in this portfolio for 15 years. OPE is licensed to supply and distribute electricity within the jurisdiction of Oshakati Town, Namibia.
