Amanda Chipako holds an honours degree in Actuarial Science with almost 10 years of experience in power and infrastcture financing. She started her career with Standard Bank where she was involved in a variety of projects in the African mining, energy and infrastructure space. She then joined ENGIE and was more focussed on project development from inception to post construction – especially in the renewable energy field. Thereafter, she joined PROPARCO as an Investment Officer for Sub-Saharan Africa & Indian Ocean where supporting Power & Infrastructure transactions form a key pillar of the Group’s strategy.
